* PHOTOS FIRST! Use the Document Checklists below to gather all documents you plan to submit. With the device you will use to complete the Client Data Forms (cell phone, tablet, I-pad, etc.), take clear, readable pictures. (If you can't read them, neither can we.)
* ALWAYS Use a secure email address to receive and send your personal financial information. To minimize the risk of a data breach, DC Taxes, INC.  works within the Google ecosystem and this Google Form requires a Gmail email address. If the email address you normally use to send and receive personal financial information is one other than Gmail, use dctaxes2012@gmail.com
* If you start entering answers and need to stop before finishing, you can close the form and return to it later; your answers are saved and  can be edited.
* Email us at  team@dctaxes2012.com  once you have submitted your documents and/or to request phone, video, and/or in-person assistance.  Your engagement letter and fee estimate will be emailed within 48 hours.
* Completed Client Data Forms with current, readable documents are processed FIRST. Normal processing time is 7 business days. Priority Rush options are available.
* Clients with incomplete Client Data Forms/missing info will receive an email request and will remain in Onboarding status until the incomplete/missing information is received.
* EFFECTIVE 2025: Year-round office hours are Mon-Fri 7a-7p CST
