Before getting started:

* DON'T RUSH. Please allow at least 30 minutes to accurately complete your forms at a time you are free from distractions.
* PHOTOS FIRST! Use the Document Checklists below to gather all documents you plan to submit. With the device you will use to complete the Client Data Forms (cell phone, tablet, I-pad, etc.), take clear, readable pictures. (If you can't read them, neither can we.)
* ALWAYS Use a secure email address to receive and send your personal financial information.

* Email Completed Client Data Forms and tax documents to  team@dctaxes2012.com  We will confirm receipt of documents within 48 hours.
* Completed Client Data Forms with current, readable documents are processed FIRST.  
* Clients with incomplete Client Data Forms/missing info will receive an email request and will remain in Onboarding status until the incomplete/missing information is received.
* EFFECTIVE 2025: Year-round office hours are Mon-Fri 7a-7p CST
* Text and social media messages tend to get lost in the sauce and are not secure.
